Scan of Yuttos Wall Carvings
Jobe researchers recently discovered a complex series of cave paintings in collapsed tunnels below Scheol. Nano-enhanced ultrasound scans allowed them to piece together a complete image of the paintings. They appear to have been created by the ancient Yuttos. The painting itself is a wonder of ancient art, and spans over thirty-four kilometers of cave wall. Dating processes suggest they were completed over several centuries. When they ran out of tunnel to paint, it appears that they dug more tunnels to allow them to continue.Study of the paintings seems to suggest that rather then just being a piece of art, the painting is actually some form of historical record that recorded the size of their tribes and celebrated their leaders and elders. It would appear that the Yuttos originally saw the Xan as mystical beings but over time came to understand that it was technology and not magic that gave the Xan the powers that the Yuttos could not comprehend.
